1. Who we are
This website is operated by Go Natural with Priscillia, trading as Go Natural with Priscillia, a business based in Nigeria, with its address at 32 Central Market, Ekiti State, Nigeria.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. "You" means the person visiting this site or placing an order. "Products" means the herbal wellness items offered for sale here.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping & Returns Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. Together these form the whole agreement between you and us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this site or buy from us.
We ask you to confirm your agreement at checkout. That confirmation is recorded with your order.
3. Who may buy
You may place an order only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. We do not knowingly sell to minors. We may ask for proof of age and may cancel and refund any order where we believe the buyer is under 18.
Our products are not intended for use by anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive while taking prescription medication, unless a doctor has told them otherwise.
4. What our products are — and what they are not
Our products are herbal wellness supplements. They are not medicines, not drugs, and not medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by NAFDAC (Nigeria) or by any equivalent authority, except where a registration number is stated on the product page itself.
We make no claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents or reverses any disease or medical condition. Descriptions on this site describe support for normal bodily functions only.
Nothing on this site — product descriptions, guidance cards, meal plans, follow-up messages, blog posts, or replies from us on any channel — is medical advice. It is general wellness information. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for consulting a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
You should not use any product here to delay, replace or discontinue medical care. If you have been diagnosed with a condition, are taking prescription medication, or develop new or worsening symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, timeframe, or level of improvement, and no statement anywhere on this site should be read as such a guarantee.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline your order for any lawful reason, including stock being unavailable, an error in pricing or description, suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, or a legal restriction in your country.
If we decline after payment has been taken, we refund you in full using the same method you paid with.
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, but packaging, colour and presentation may vary between batches. Photographs are illustrative.
6. Prices and tax
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of tax and delivery unless stated. Nigerian VAT (7.5%) is charged on orders delivered within Nigeria. We are not tax-registered outside Nigeria, so no VAT or sales tax is charged on export orders; the amount shown at checkout is calculated automatically from the delivery country you select and is shown to you before you pay.
You are responsible for any import duty, customs charge, handling fee or local tax raised in the destination country. These are not included in our prices and we cannot predict them. Unpaid customs charges are the most common cause of a parcel being returned or destroyed.
We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Flutterwave. We do not receive, handle or store your full card number — it goes directly to the processor.
Where you choose to pay by bank transfer or remittance, we reserve your order for 48 hours against the reference we give you. If funds do not arrive within that window the reservation lapses and the stock is released. Transfers received without a valid reference may take longer to match to your order, or may not be matched at all.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails after dispatch, we may recover the amount owed and may refuse future orders.
8. Delivery, customs and legality in your country
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to your stated address.
Herbal products are regulated differently in every country, and rules can vary further by state, province or territory within a country. It is your responsibility to check that the product you order may lawfully be imported into your country, and permitted under the law of your specific state or province, before you order it. If a parcel is seized, refused or destroyed by customs, we cannot refund it.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched. Contact us at priscilliaherbsandhealth@gmail.com with your order number.
Because these are ingestible and topical health products, we cannot resell returned items. We do not issue automatic resends or refunds: a claim must be submitted by email with verification (such as photographs) and is reviewed and approved by our team before any resend or refund is arranged, based on the circumstances of that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- read the ingredient list before use and not use a product you are allergic to;
- tell your doctor or pharmacist what you are taking, especially if you are on prescription medication;
- follow the dosage guidance supplied and not exceed it;
- keep products out of reach of children;
- stop using a product and seek medical attention if you have an adverse reaction;
- give us accurate delivery and contact details; and
- not resell our products commercially without our written agreement.
Please report any adverse reaction to us at priscilliaherbsandhealth@gmail.com so we can investigate the batch, and to your national regulator where a reporting scheme exists.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a product in a way that departs from the supplied guidance;
- we are not liable for any loss arising from your decision to delay, reduce or stop medical treatment or prescribed medication;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity; and
- our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
We supply products to you as a consumer for personal use. We are not liable for business losses.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, layout, code and the Go Natural with Priscillia name and marks — belongs to us or is used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or use our content commercially without written permission.
If you send us a review, photograph or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce it in our marketing. You can ask us to stop using it at any time and we will.
13. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access, to introduce malicious code, to scrape data at scale, or to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone doing so.
14. Third-party services and links
We use third parties for payment, delivery, email and analytics. Their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. We keep the date of the current version at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ekiti State, Nigeria, and the courts of Ekiti State, Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep any right you have to bring proceedings in your own country.
