We are not doctors. We cannot see your history, your test results, your other medications or your symptoms. We are not in a position to tell you what is wrong with you or what you should take for it, and we do not try to.
What our products are
Our products are herbal wellness supplements. They are not medicines, not drugs and not medical devices. They have not been evaluated by NAFDAC (Nigeria) or any equivalent authority unless a registration number appears on that specific product page.
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Where a description says a product "supports" or "promotes" something, that describes support for a normal bodily function. It is not a claim that the product treats a medical condition, and it should not be read as one.
Do not use these instead of medical treatment
Some conditions need real medical treatment, and delaying it causes lasting harm. This matters more than anything else on this page, so we will be specific.
Infections
Bacterial infections — including sexually transmitted infections such as chlamydia and gonorrhoea, urinary tract infections and skin infections — require diagnosis by testing and treatment with antibiotics. They are usually cheap and quick to cure. Left untreated, chlamydia frequently causes no symptoms at all while permanently damaging the reproductive system, and remains transmissible to partners the entire time. No herbal product can cure a bacterial infection. If you think you may have one, get tested.
Diabetes and blood sugar
Diabetes and pre-diabetes must be managed with a doctor. Do not stop, reduce or skip prescribed medication, including insulin or metformin, because you are taking a supplement. Some herbs affect blood sugar and can interact dangerously with diabetes medication. Tell your doctor what you are taking and keep your appointments.
Blood pressure and heart conditions
High blood pressure usually has no symptoms until it causes a stroke or heart attack. Feeling fine is not evidence it is controlled. Never stop antihypertensive medication to take a supplement. Several herbs interact with blood pressure and blood-thinning medication.
Erection difficulties
In men over 40, difficulty with erections is frequently the first sign of cardiovascular disease — often appearing years before any chest symptoms. It can also indicate diabetes, low testosterone or a medication side effect. Please get it investigated by a doctor, alongside anything you buy from us rather than instead of it.
Digestive symptoms
Persistent stomach pain, black or tarry stools, vomiting blood, difficulty swallowing or unexplained weight loss are warning signs. Stop taking supplements and see a doctor promptly.
Talk to a doctor before ordering if any of these apply
- You take any prescription medication — especially for blood pressure, blood thinning, diabetes, heart conditions, epilepsy, HIV, thyroid disease, or mental health.
- You have a diagnosed medical condition of any kind.
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive.
- You have a surgery or procedure scheduled — many herbs affect bleeding and anaesthesia, and should be stopped two weeks beforehand.
- You have liver or kidney disease.
- You have a known allergy to any plant or ingredient.
- You are buying for someone else who may be in any of these groups.
"Natural" does not mean "safe" or "without side effects." Herbs are pharmacologically active. That is why they do anything at all — and it is also why they interact with medication.
Stop and seek help if
Stop taking the product and get medical attention if you experience a rash, swelling of the face, lips or throat, difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe or persistent abdominal pain, yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual bleeding or bruising, or any reaction that concerns you.
In an emergency, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital. Do not contact us first — we cannot help in an emergency and the delay could matter.
